Make Ctrl + mouse scroll wheel increase / decrease coding font size (zoom in and out)

Now that we have mouse actions support, it would be great to have this feature by default. Quickly zooming in and out with scroll wheel while ctrl is pressed is familiar to users as most of web browsers already implement that.

This is already in the most recent build of Sublime Text 2, as far as I can see.

I'd like to see support for customizing this, I've used an editor that had CTRL+Mouseroll as fast scrolling, I got really used to it now in sublime I keep accidentally zooming in! Even an option to disable zooming would be good as it's not a feature I tend to use with text editing.
