Syntax highlighting for files without extensions (like Rakefile, Gemfile)

Mac OS X doesn't trigger resize events when Sublime Text 2 is in fullscreen, and I unplug/plug-in my secondary monitor

SublimeEdit is behaving like TextMate: Cmd + T is slow

On a mac, build 2036, when I save a new file it assumes a .txt extension and asks if I'm sure I want to use a file extension that's not .txt
