I wish you could implement cinoptions from VIM. I think that would be enough for most people. See http://vimdoc.sourceforge.net/htmldoc/indent.html

I personally miss the ability to configure ST2 so that it would indent to bracket, but only if last line does not end with bracket. So if you start giving arguments on first line, next line will be indented to bracket, so you'd get something like:

printf(
  "%s", "You can also configure how much to indent this line.");
printf("%s",
       "Relative to shiftwidth that is.");

It is a feature not a bug :D

The prefix means this function will take a prefix to your paragraph (like, all the preceding whitespace), and repeat that prefix on subsequent lines.

So:

- If you try to wrap a paragraph within a comment section in a source file, the comment character will get repeated on every line, just as it should.

- If you try to wrap indented paragraph, it will stay indented.

However, I would really like the wrapping function to detect I have selected something and then wrap only selection…

Selecting with mouse is not enough. I want to: start visual block mode; position cursor using motions; operate on a block.
Hey, checkout build 2207. It's in http://www.sublimetext.com/dev and seems to have fixed that.
There's actually a command New view into file for opening the same file in new tab, so I really think there's no reason not to add a configuration option to re-focus existing tab in any group/window. That would also allow us to use Goto Anything for super quick tab switching without ever reaching for the mouse.
Yeah, perhaps if user anchored the path with / (absolute path, unix example) or ./ (relative path) Sublime could detect this and switch from matching cache to shell-like directory/file name matching with tab-completion. (Perhaps even case-insensitive, like what you can configure in zsh and tcsh.)
It's not goto anything only, but this overlay with an edit box could indeed expand even beyond the group view width.
Curious idea, although I think I'd personally prefer to use multiple windows on small screen, and then just switch between these windows…
“Modern re-interpretation of Emacs with Python instead of Lisp” — you nailed it :)

It's still missing some pieces, but you can always code them yourself in Python. I am enchanted.
