Replace in all open files

It's be great if the replace option could also work in all currently open files, in addition to per-file as it is right now.

Confirm! There's no way to perform an automatic refactoring such as 'rename method' using Sublime Text. All work should be done by hand at the moment. This is one of the very basic features, I suppose. Thank you!

The functionality of dreamviwer is very wellcome! Find&replace from Dream and find/replace in opened. The main improvement of F&R is to make MULTILINE dialogs!
