• Developer
It all starts with finding a good location for you to be able to build your home. Real estate developers are in charged with finding a good community and land investment. That might be an open field, wooded land or some mountainous place with a breath taking view.
Developers mostly invest a lot of money and time into finding these locations. They are patiently acquiring individual parcels of land from many owners and assembling it on their own.
For every community the developer builds, there is a specific target. They review the potential of each location. There are those which are exclusively built to look like Hollywood’s neighborhood community in the middle of the busy and populated city of Jakarta, Indonesia and there are those which are built like it is in the middle of the city when in fact, you are near the desserts of Egypt.
• Architect
Once builders purchase the lot, it is up for the architect to design it. The result is a series of floor plans that falls within the community’s price range, square footage and concept.
• Design Consultant
If the design has already been chosen, it is now time to choose the materials to be used and a design consultant is vital in mixing and matching things together
• Contractors
Of course, after the design and materials are set, it is now time to build. Contractors and his helpers do the manly works from the building of the foundation to painting the walls.
• Inspectors
Inspection is vital to know if your home is ready to be occupied. There will be a double checking of the plumbing, electrical systems and other installations before issuing a certificate of occupancy.

Change and save Side Bar file\directory sort order
I was looking for this feature about 2 years ago. I tried right-clicking the sidebar directories and item; but didn't see a sort option.
Multiple Layouts in Same Project
When I use iTerm and Tmux, I open multiple iTerm tabs, and all of them have tmux with split screens, and each pane can contain a vim with multiple tabs. For example database related files in tab1, route handlers in tab2, business logic in tab3, other stuff in tab4. (All for the same project). Note that I'm not talking about file tabs. These are layout groups. This is kinda like workspaces in MacOS where you can switch left, right to a different window.
Open Folder crash explorer on Windows
When using Open Folder from Sublime Sidebar on Windows7 cause Windows Explorer stop working after a period.
Using Sublime text 3 Build 3103 and this are the problem details from Windows

I strongly advice you to create a prompt window o confirmation screen for when i click the "delete folder" in the projects sidebar, since i deleted a folder when i wanted just to remove it from the sublime projects bar by mistake, thankfully i had a back up, but it was a warning call and someone might lose files because of this.
PD: I see someone suggested something similar 4 years ago, and i think is quite a relevant feature the next update should have.
Extreamly slow while handling large data
I would like to ask if anyone is facing this issue where it is extremely slow to open / view / edit / save large text files (json, sql, csv, with 1GB and above in size). I have tried opening a 2GB JSON file and it takes nearly 4 hours to completely open the entire file but once the file is finally open, it crashes.
FYI I am using Sublime Text 3 version 3103 but this problem has been here since Sublime Text 2
