Real "Code Complete" from Language library

Example:

When i'm coding in python:

import os
os.[codecomplete list must appear]

Don't complete from de imported library.

I will buy this fantastic editor, but Eclipse is better for my purposes.

I searched in documentation, but i dont encountered.
