Have an Align feature similar to Vim-Align

Vim currently has a plugin (http://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=294) which allows you to easily align lines by symbols like : and = which greatly helps the legibility of JavaScript objects, JSON, etc.

Would be great to have something similar in ST2.

I would love this feature. It would also be very helpful for Ruby editing, especially in aligning hash associations.
