Show replace toolbar when Cmd+Shift+E is pressed

When I use "Use Selection For Replace" option, obviously I'm going to use find'n'replace function, so it would save me a few keypresses if this function made replace toolbar visible at the same time.

The current behavior allows replacements to be made without showing the replace panel, using the Find/Replace Next menu item or keyboard equivalent
