Is there a way to highlight the line where the cursor is?

Currently SF2 highlights the line number where the cursor is, but I'd like the whole line to be highlighted.

Add this to your user file settings:
"highlight_line": true,

I've found out that sometimes highlight_line doesn't -- it looks like the theme specifies a background color for the text, and then that background color has precedence over the line highlight.
