Add ability to pin tabs and moving them by keyboard, like in Google Chrome.

I would love to see this feature, because I don't use mouse too much, so it's more faster to move tabs using keyboard:

Ctrl + Shift + PgUp -> Move current tab to the left

Ctrl + Shift + PgDn -> Move current tab to the right

I made a plugin that lets you move tabs using the shortcuts Heinrich lists in his comment. I don't have time to polish this for ease of installation, but post it here for what it's worth: https://www.dropbox.com/s/i3fjcyu7ifrt3s7/Ola-SublimeText2-package.zip.
