Like TextMate and AquaMacs, yeah. Even better would be adding subl to PATH during the first run. Or as part of the installation in Windows and Linux.

Don't -1 me! It's not "already there". It's a hassle to setup in command line mode, esp. in MacPorts.
I like this idea. Then a command line script for opening files would be "sublime <file>".
