I'm experiencing this issue too. Ubuntu 32bit, vanilla install. Let me know if you need any more information about the set-up.

Dragging the tab and holding it for a few seconds causes the entire system to freeze for about 15 seconds after letting go.

Here's a thread on the issue: http://www.sublimetext.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3943

It would be a nice feature to be able to specify that a build system shouldn't open an output panel.
Another example:
PUNCT = r"""!"#$%&'‘()*+,\-./:;?@[\\\]_`{|}~"""
This isn't so clear cut because Sublime has the concept of having multiple views into the same file. A preference to change the behaviour might be good though (if it doesn't already exist).
If you like the soda-theme, what's stopping you from using it? Why should the default theme be changed?
I think the idea was to have the clickable fold/unfold icons appear on the indentation guides rather than in the gutter. I may have misunderstood though.

I like this idea, but what would happen if the contents of the function/statment/etc. wasn't indented? eg.

ctrl+k, ctrl+#

# being the level to fold to.

So in this case, ctrl+k, ctrl+2
