Splitter between "Open Files" and "Folders" in sidebar

It would be nice to have a splitter between the "Open Files" and "Folders" sections of the sidebar, so that "Open Files" doesn't get scrolled off the top of the screen by projects with large trees in the "Folders" section.

Had created a topic for the exact same suggestion here, as I didn't find this one before. But I wholeheartedly agree on this, would be a great addition. And I'm sure it could just be made an option, for people who prefer the current implementation.

Yes! The "vertical tabs" feature would finally work thanks to that. C'mon, it shouldn't be that hard ^^
