Allow for transparency level of background color at colorscheme level
I would love to be able to set a transparency level in my color scheme for the background color so the desktop behind can be slightly visible. Also have a level of blur for the background behind.

This would be cool especially when following tutorials, where you can see video behind.
I've wanted this forever -- it's one thing keeping me on textmate, because I use this constantly when I'm coding, or in a meeting taking notes with a browser open, and I don't have a second monitor. Don't understand how the rest of the world gets by without it.
