Implement text drag&drop on Linux

Old feature request, but still something missing from my daily Sublime Text 3 experience. I use the drag_text feature on Windows and OS X for moving paragraphs around within one document without overwriting the clipboard contents. Even if for some reason dragging text into other applications cannot be implemented on Linux, please provide dragging between Sublime windows or within one document regardless. It's the little things! Thanks.
