Brazilian Portuguese (ABNT2) international keyboard is not recognized

It couses many shortcuts not to work. For Example the "ctrl+/" shortcut to comment a line is fired by the "ctrl+;" combination.

Other examples:

  • "ctrl+[" -> "ctrl+´"
  • "ctrl+]" -> "ctrl+["
  • "ctrl+;" ->  "ctrl+ç"
