Support Thai Language
Thai language doesn't show correctly in Sublime Text. But in other text editor such as Notepad++ it show correctly.

Sublime Text 3 installed on my laptop has been updated to build 3013 in early this month, but the issue's still not resolved. It's the only problem stopping me from using Sublime Text. I know that there's been other developers in Thailand reported this issue before but it's still ignored. Hope it supports our language soon...
Please pay attention to the problem as shown below.
