Allow overriding font in theme

As far as I can see, there's no way to override font settings in a theme. I would like to change the fonts (family, weight, size) in the sidebar and tabs.

#1 reason to not upgrade to ST2 is UI font size. It's far to small on High DPI displays. This was solvable in ST1 by adjusting size.tabHeaderHeight, size.statusbarHeight, and size.toolbarHeight in Default.sublime-theme but there does not appear to be a way to migrate these settings to ST2
