Show top function's prototype in autocomplete window

So when implementing a function, you won't have to switch to a different file and back if you forget what parameters the function accepts.

Some examples of how this should be done with a tooltip type window:




Well, kind of but I was thinking a little more unobtrusively built into Sublime Text's autocomplete drop-downs. More like the second image above with messagebox(.
