Scroll horizontally with miniview instead of horizontal scroll bar

Enable horizontal scrolling with the miniview panel instead of having to use the horizontal scroll bar.

You could use a mouse with horizontal scroll... there are plenty of those from Logitech, even the cheapest ones.
