I like the suggestion of displaying EOL characters. As far as I can tell, it currently doesn't display any newline characters, just tabs/spaces, when "draw_white_space": "all" is set.
For a poor-man's printing method, try out my Print to HTML plugin.
Thanks Joel, I'll give the Print to HTML plugin a try. Seems real easy to add display EOL characters feature. Hope this will happen, seems to go naturally with show whitespace option.
I love the visual look of ST2 but I can understand that with all the coloring options and dark backgrounds printing would be problematic and a difficult nut to crack, and probably generate lots of extra work for the developer.
But, I hate having to switch to another editor to print something. I like to print things out like Find Results and use them as a checklist and to write notes down, etc.
