Show current working directory in title bar

On OSX at least, it is impossible to tell windows apart as there is absolutely no clue where they have been opened, unless they have been opened for a "sublime project".

Please show the current working directory for windows opened without a project.

Example:
$ subl projects/myproject

Observe the lack of CWD anywhere in that window.

You can hover the tab. It displays the path. Not as good as placing in a bar (title or status bar) but works in a pinch. (I even hunted through all the menus for a file properties dialog)
