Minimap highlights on search results.

When searching for a string in a file, the minimap also show highlighted results, but it's kinda hard to see. Maybe disable text syntax highlight in minimap when searching to make the search highlight stand out.

Came here to request the same thing. Another solution would be to mark the whole line in the minimap

Or make the result "glow". This would reduce precision, but improve visibility.

Bump!  I would really like to see this feature.  Anything to make the search results more prominent in the minimap would be appreciated.
