Crash when "Saving As" over another file also open

I'm on OSX Lion, using Sublime Text 2111
1. Had index.php open or somewhere in project
2. Opened another file (2011.php)
3. Saved 2011.php as index.php over the top of the already open index.php
4. Crash!
