Duplicate file from folder context menu
I'd like to be able to right-click on a file in the project sidebar and duplicate the file.
And instead of just making a new file called "somefile_copy.php", show the rename panel, allowing the user to specify the new filename straight away.

This should also be extended to folders as well. So if the context menu is pulled up on the Folder it will be "Duplicate Folder" or if it is a file or files it will be "Duplicate File" or "Duplicate Files" respectively.
