Add animated bubble to incremental search highlights

XCode 4 (and Safari) will highlight a found search result by briefly blowing up an animated bubble around the text. This is a great way to draw your eye to the right spot. ST2's scroll animation is so flashy that it prevents me from finding the highlighted word easily with my eye.

I had this same problem, but for me it became easier when I changed the highlight color to a strong contrast (i.e., red) and I can find words much more easily using the side bar with that color.

I also have been very much enjoying this plugin http://www.gavinr.com/2011/03/28/sublime-text-2-highlight-all-instances-of-words/ for highlighting all matches of a selected word (or even phrase).
