New icon doesn't work with small icons

The new icon in Build 2181 still looks like the old icon when the taskbar is set to use small icons.

For me the new icon is visible but the top is cut off when using small icons on the task bar (this is Windows 7 SP1 with a custom visual style). I prefer the previous simpler flat icon to this new 3D one which has too much detail which I don't think works well when reduced to this size.

I like the new Sublime icon. Under Ubuntu however it's too low res for it to look nice when switching between apps (alt+tab) or on the Unity launcher. It would be nice to have a higher res image to appear in these 2 locations.
