Drag/Drop (reorder) files/folders via Project Sidebar

It would be awesome if you could drag/drop to reorder files and folders in the sidebar!

Other that dragging and dropping for ordering stuff it would be nice to be able to drag a file from one folder to another instead of doing a cut&paste

It will also be good to allow drag and drop from the outside of Sublime text 2 to Project sidebar
