Install language definition in "json-tmlanguage" file

I am trying to install this file to handle .enaml files in SublimeText 2:

I've tried but failed to install AAAPackageDev.

Is there a simple HOWTO somewhere that covers what a Sublime Text 2 user should do to use such a JSON-formatted .tmLanguage file?

I answered my own question.  (Windows platform)

- ST2: Preferences > Browse Packages
- ST2: Open the .JSON-tmBundle file
- ST2: Tools > Build System > Json to tmLanguage
- ST2: Tools > Build
- ST2: Open an .enaml file, see it marked up properly (success!)
