python build results line jumping needs extra match group

Change

"file_regex": "^[ ]*File \"(...*?)\", line ([0-9]*)",

to

"file_regex": "^[ ]*File \"(...*?)\", line ([0-9]*)([0-9]*)",

And file:line jumps work.
