I would like this too.  When switching between multiple sublime windows I cannot tell which is which and end up going through a couple before finding the right project. Being able to swap "#{path}/#{filename} (#{project})" to "(#{project}) #{path}/#{filename}" or even just "#{project}" would fix this for me.
