Until this is added to the Sublime Text program, you can add it your self. In regedit add a REG_EXPAND_SZ entry named "Icon" to "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shell\Open with Sublime Text 2" with the path to the sublime_text.exe. In my case this was:
