Yes Please. Netbeans has this feature too and I miss it a lot.
Its very useful especially when I'm jumping between different folders/rails projects where I want to reference something but then I lose my place in the side bar. And without any landmarks (icons) its hard to find where I was ... just screws with your flow as a developer.
