reveal_in_side_bar should scroll the side bar to show the file

reveal_in_side_bar should scroll the side bar to show the file. Currently I have to collapse the side bar in order to get it to do this. Also expand all and collapse all for the sidebar would be useful.

I miss this feature too, as in large projects, "Reveal in sidebar" is essentially useless.

I found that removing the Open Files list in the sidebar made this work as expected.

This has been fixed in Sublime Text 3. I've just downloaded the b3047, and the file is focused, regardless of the folder being already opened or not. Great!
