Is it your self written?
Is it main reason for closing sources of project?
I know, it uses Boost.Python for Python API, but what are you using for UI? Pure self-written UI on OGL?

It's work in VIM and most ppl wants it in ST2. In VIM, it works on the editor layer, it isn't language-specific. Languages need to set just words for this function.

When you switching to the split mode, need to show current tab from group 1 in the group 2, but in "shadow" mode(like it in the preview of files from project or inchanged new file) and switch focus onto group 2.
It's similar to emacs behavior.

I know Alt+num = split screen modes.
Shift+Ctrl+num = move file into different group.
Ctrl+num = move focus to different group.
But how i can move focus on different tab in current group?

20110203 now has a menu (File/Switch File) that lists the different commands to switch files.

You can switch directly to a tab via Alt+<number> on Linux and Windows, and Command+<number> on OS X
