I'd love to have a shortcuts that would help me re-arrange tabs in my tabs bar.

Specifically: 2 shortcuts that would move the active tab one position right, or left. When the tab would be on the last position in a current tab group, the "move right" command would move it to the 1st position of the next tab group if available.

By Tab groups I mean the split view you get when pressing Alt+Shift+2/3/4/...

So the specific commands I'd love to have would be these ones:

arrange_to_left - moves active tab one position to the left, or jumps to the last position in a previous tab group

arrange_to_right - moves active tab one position to the right, or jumps to the first position in a next tab group

arrange_to_end - moves active tab to the last position in a current tab group, or jumpst to the last position of the next tab group when active tab is already the last tab in a current group

arrange_to_start - moves active tab to the first position in a current tab group, or jumps to the first position of the previous tab group when active tab is already the first tab in a current group

In a case that there already are such commands, but for the love of god I just can't find them - please post their names :)

Or at least an option for that.

Right now it is only an underline, with option to set the color. I'd like it to be a background color, or border perhaps, with customizable color (or a bracket color based on color scheme).

Same functionality as "match_brackets", but for HTML/XML tags.

As the map is doing the same thing, it is useless to have the scrollbar there as well.
