I think it would be nice if you could make it possible to disable 'live preview' of files when you use the Go To Anything and Go To Line features - I tend to know where I'm going and the preview tend to confuse me a bit :) 


On my Ubuntu closing files takes ~0.5 sec (only in Sublime) so Go To Anything becomes terribly slow as it opens and closes files as I type.

Having the same issue in Ubuntu. I also would love to be able to disable the live preview, as it can be slowed down by the packages you have installed as well, which makes it unusable in some setups. Just showing the list of file names would be amazing and more than enough.
