The colour scheme option in preferences seems to be a global setting - when I use it the colour scheme on every open window is changed at the same time.

Sometimes I have to work on multiple branches of the same project at the same time, and I open each branch in a different window. It would be nice to be able to set a different colour scheme on each window so that I can easily distinguish the branch I am editing.

Per-project settings, including the colour scheme, are supported, see http://www.sublimetext.com/docs/2/projects.html
